A Delhi court complex referenced in the official history of court work later transferred to Saket.
A documented change in court locations
The Delhi District Courts’ official history states that when the Saket Court Complex began functioning on 28 August 2010, specified civil and criminal work relating to South Civil District and the South and South-East Police Districts—previously handled at Patiala House—was taken up at Saket. It also records a corresponding move of Motor Accident Claim Petitions for the relevant police-district areas to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunals (MACTs) established at Saket.
Check current case assignment
This is a historical transfer note, not a complete description of Patiala House Courts today. It does not establish the current allocation of all courts or proceedings at this complex. Confirm the current court, territorial jurisdiction and case assignment from an up-to-date official source before relying on a location.
